Am I Eligible?

Please take a moment to consider the following questions:

1. Are you 18 to 75 years of age?
2. Have you been diagnosed as having epilepsy with focal onset seizures for at least 2 years?
3. Have you tried 2 other epilepsy treatments that have proven unsuccessful at decreasing the number of your seizures?
4. Have you had an average of 4 or more focal onset seizures per month for at least 3 months?
